Very Good
Location on Sheraton Road is perfect. Staff is very efficient and professional. The room was good size. Heating was working. The food above average for this price range. Infact the food was very good. Good value for money
The hotel was going through refurbishment. Most of the grounds filled with bungalows, it doesn't look good. Odd outdoor space of restaurant filled with small pool. Small bar area. Odd sitting area in the lobby.

Good family resort
The hotel is in the perfect location, easy walking distance to the marina and shops and right on the beach. I cannot fault the hotel staff. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating, very friendly and professional. Good communication and management always around to keep things running smoothly. The entertainment for young and old were also very good. The "animation team" made sure there are plenty of entertainment during the day such as yoga, Zuma, Volleyball, table tennis and ball games and in the evening a variety of entertainment for adults and kids to participate or watch. There is a daily cleaning service in the room with fresh towels and water and our cleaner was excellent, respectful of sleeping times and friendly.
The hotel loses points for the food. We went all inclusive and felt the variety of different dishes especially local dishes were missing. Not enough fresh vegetables and fruit in particular. I noticed there were plenty of seasonal fruit outside in the fruit stalls such as mangos, pomegranate, watermelon ect but inside the restaurant consisted mostly of just bananas and apples and salads were the same every day.It is buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, just a lack of variety as lots of the dishes were the same. Plenty of local cakes if you have a sweet tooth and good variety of bread. Overall a good hotel with good facilities and nice small and private beach area. The local drinks were not to our liking, but for a small fee you can have other choices.

About the beds - they are very comfortable and soft but the pillows.....awful....thick and hard, it was not possible to sleep on them, I tried to ask some soft pillows from stuff but they didn't find any.
